DIY Bat Toilet Paper Roll Craft

Here are the step by step instructions to make your own easy bat toilet paper roll craft:

Prepare the Toilet Paper Roll

Cut a piece of black construction paper to the height and circumference of the toilet paper roll.

Apply glue to one side of the construction paper and wrap it around the toilet paper roll, securing it in place.

Add the Eyes, Fangs, and Ears

Glue two googly eyes to the front of the toilet paper roll, near the top.

Cut two small triangles from white construction paper. Glue the triangles below the googly eyes to form the bat’s fangs.

Cut two small triangles from black construction paper. Glue the triangles to the top of the toilet paper roll to create the bat’s ears.

Create the Wings

Place your child’s hand on a piece of black construction paper and trace around it with a pencil. Repeat for the other hand.

Cut out the handprints to create the bat’s wings. You can use the full handprint, or cut the thumb section off and use only the finger portion for the wings if desired.

Attach the Wings

Apply glue to the base of each handprint (where the wrist would be) and attach them to the back of the toilet paper roll, one on each side.
